Crucial to this mission are the registration pages for each international area including the US. Taking approximately seven to ten weeks, our EV approach consisted of two phases.<\/p>\n\n\n<p>Discovery Phase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a style=\"color: #018cc9;\" href=\"https:\/\/tancin.net\/portfolio_mobile\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/Summary-of-Comments-on-Annotation-for-old-Registration-Form-and-suggestion-for-changes-expanded.pdf\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Research effort identified and tagged the problematic behaviors for users.<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, explored the ideal behaviors.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ideal behaviors then represented in an ideal journey and user task flow [blank link to flow diagram] for each goal and objective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Validate-the-experience Phase:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Started with concept prototyping \u2014 very low fidelity sketching in Figma of an user experience completing a key task.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly iterated on the prototype with a group of product stakeholders and actual system users.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The more we learned which screen sequences worked best, the more the fidelity of the prototype increased.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Until we created a pixel-perfect prototype, interactive and clickable.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fully validated the prototype with our user populations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prototype served as a visual requirement used to build and code the product screens, MVP and beyond.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Johnson &#038; Johnson Institute provides both physical and online educational and training centers for medical professionals worldwide.
