In the positions of rapidValue Realization (rVR) producers at Johnson & Johnson, we combined Agile, Lean UX and Design Thinking to plan and execute workshops designed to break down complex business problems, identify inefficiencies, and create with the customer a roadmap to (re)design their products or services and drive business value.
For this project, we produced, using Mural and Zoom, two workshops for Listerine to identify their new productā€™s unmet needs, define the value proposition, and create an action plan to achieve the value prop. Risks were mapped, hypotheses created from assumptions, and experiments formulated for the customer teams to run.
