As part of Viacom’s corporate compliance program that manages external regulations, internal policies and trains employees in these, the lawyers at Record Wise must maintain complete and accurate financial records (and have employees, partners and vendors do the same) in order to make responsible business decisions and provide truthful information in compliance with applicable legal disclosures.
